Deborah Hall, 62

FULTON, NY – Deborah Hall, 62, of Fulton, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, on Saturday December 19, 2015.

She was born in Fulton and she had remained a lifetime resident of Fulton.

Mrs. Hall was past co-owner and co-operator of Hall’s Refrigeration, Fulton, and past employed with Tops Friendly Market, Fulton.

She was predeceased by her mother, Virginia Ellen (Bebe) Higgins.

Mrs. Hall is survived by her children: Sarah Hall of Fulton, Kelly Hall of Fulton and Seth Hall of Fulton; her father, Joseph Higgins of Fulton; sister, Joanne Duger; eight grandchildren: Ethan, Dylan, Christine, Andrew, Tyler, Carter, Parker and Bentley; and two nieces.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by prayers at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

Burial will be held privately at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
