FULTON, NY – Frances “Fran” Perth, 93, of Mexico, will be buried Tuesday, April 26, at 9 a.m. in Vermillion Cemetery, Vermillion, NY, with the last rite of committal to be given by Rev. Bill O’Neil.
The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
