OSWEGO, NY – Jon E. Harwood, 73, of Fulton died Thursday July 14, 2016, in St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse.

Services and burial were held privately.

The arrangements were in care of the Sugar Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
