OSWEGO – Graveside services for Joseph J. Paeno, 72, of Oswego, who died March 7, 2017, will be held 11 a.m. Friday, September 22, at North Scriba Union Cemetery, Scriba, NY.

Arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego, NY.
