Kevin Christopher Fatcheric Sr.

OSWEGO – October 17, 2025, Kevin Christopher Fatcheric Sr., 41; of Oswego, NY; passed after an unexpected tragedy on Friday, October 17^th, 2025. 

Kevin was born in Syracuse, NY and was raised in Warners, NY.  He attended West Genesee High School and has been living in Oswego County for the past year.  Kevin enjoyed working in construction, but he truly felt he was born to fish.  Kevin loved everything about fishing and being near the water.  His motto was  “anytime, anywhere,” was a good time to be fishing.”  Over the last few years, Kevin felt it was important for him and his siblings to have time to reconnect.  They may not have had decades of time together, but the time and memories they had were always treasured by him. 

Kevin was pre-deceased by his Maternal Grandparents:  Mike and Madeline Fatcheric and his brother:  George Janack. 

He is survived by his mother Katherine Fatcheric of Oswego, NY; his 2 sons: Kaileb Christopher Fatcheric-Euson, and Kevin Christopher Fatcheric Jr.; his six siblings:  Chuck Janack, John Nowey, Tom Nowey, Brian Harrington, Ann Marie Janak and Kim Marie Harrington, the mother of his son and longtime friend:  Brittany Euson; and a large Fatcheric Family including several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

The Calling Hours and Funeral Service will be held privately. 

Burial with a Committal Service will be conducted in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners, NY at the convenience of the family.

  The Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. 4^th St., Oswego, NY has care of the arrangements.
