OSWEGO, NY – Mary Jean Miller, 57, of Oswego, died on Sunday April 10, 2016, at her home after a battle with cancer.
Mary Jean was born in Fulton, the daughter of Beverly Riley of Scriba and the late Richard Miller.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her son, Jesse Holden; and brother, Andrew Miller.
Mary Jean was a former employee of General Motors and a child care provider.
She was a friend to many and loved life, laughter; and she did things her way.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sisters, Carol Carter of Oswego and Joyce Ticson of Connecticut; her aunt, Diana Kelly of Scriba; nieces and nephew; and many cousins, especially Rosanne Maxon and her family.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
Burial will be private.
