Mary Tremack

Oswego – Mary Tremack, 103, died Thursday February 12, 2026 in the Oswego Hospital, after a brief illness.

Mrs. Tremack was born in Oswego the daughter of the late Luigi and Aniela (Wieliezko) Bellardino, where she remained a lifetime resident of Oswego. She was a loving mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Tremack enjoyed spending time in her garden, cooking her delicious meals, to share with her family, she remained an independent woman her entire life, taking care of herself and her family and was a true animal lover. Above all she had so much enjoyment, fun, and loved being with her grandchildren, she was a very proud grandmother.  

Mrs. Tremack was predeceased by her husband David Tremack in 2003, their son David Tremack Jr.in 1975, and her siblings Janette Mucahey, Helen Castiglia, Philomena Proppe, Louise Ardiuni, and Anthony Bellardino.

Mrs. Tremack is survived by her loving children Elinor Tremack of Oswego, Mark Tremack of Oswego, and Kathy (John) Damiano of Baldwinsville. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Joanna Damiano, Robert (Alex) Damiano, Matthew Damiano, sisters Susie Fox and Nellie Roach, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 9:00 at the funeral home 147 W. 4th. St. Oswego.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to your local animal rescue, in her name
