FULTON, NY – Mathew Bivens, 33, of Fulton, died Wednesday October 30, 2013, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
He was born in Oswego, NY, and he has been a resident of Fulton for most of his life.
Mathew worked as a truck driver and mechanic with Upstate Tree Services, Fulton.

He loved his family and enjoyed spending time and laughing with them.
Mathew is survived by his mother: Penny Peters of Fulton; his father: Kenneth Bivens of Nevada; one sister: Stacey (Dawn) D’Angelo of Florida; three brothers: Kenneth Bivens Jr., of Syracuse, NY, Ryan Bivens and Derek Bogart both of Hannibal; maternal grandparents: John and Juanita Stoughtenger of Granby; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no funeral services.
Burial will be held privately.
Calling hours will be conducted Tuesday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
