FULTON, NY – Melvyn John Smith, 52, of Fulton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 2, 2017, after a long illness.
He was born in Nantwich, England, to Edward and Violet Smith.
He had been a resident of the United States for most of his life.
Mr. Smith was past employed with McDonald’s, Central Square, NY, for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Smith of Locke, NY; daughters, Miranda Bautista of Wolcott, NY, and Nicole Fortino; siblings: Pete Smith and June Smith both of Central Square; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
Burial will be held privately.
There will be no funeral service.
