OSWEGO, NY – Michael P. “Mike” Segretto, 86, of Oswego, died peacefully Friday November 14, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Oswego, the son of the late Phillip and Fannie (Sugar) Segretto.
Mr. Segretto retired from Alcan in 1986 after many years of service.
He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church, a former member of the Dante Aliegheri, and the Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Anna Segretto of Oswego; their daughter, Sandra Segretto of Oswego; brothers, Francis (Josephine) Segretto of Baldwinsville and Phil Segretto of Oswego.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Segretto was predeceased by his brother, Peter Segretto; and sister, Dorothy Spataro.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. from the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday 4 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home 147 W. Fourth St. Oswego.
