Naiveda B. Burke

MEXICO, NY – February 28, 2024, Naiveda B. Burke, 88; of Mexico, NY passed peacefully Wednesday, February 28^th, 2024 at her home with her family by her side.  She was born in Union City, NJ to the late Bartley J. and Rayta (Middleton) Burke.  Naiveda retired from Nestles Co., Fulton where she worked as a supervisor and wrapper.  She is survived by her son Lester Gates Jr. of Parish, NY and daughter Cheryl Gates of Greenwich, NY; her sister and caregiver:  Rayta Whitney of Mexico and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Funeral Service and Burial will be held privately.

The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2^nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
