OSWEGO, NY – Spring burial and committal services for Robert W. Orr, 86, of Oswego who died Friday January 9, 2015, were held Friday May 8, 2015, in Fairdale cemetery, with Pastor Elyse Skiles officiating.

The arrangements were in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego
