Sophie also enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafts, trips to Wildwood, NJ, and other polka-related excursions, helping others, and the years she and her husband, Michael, spent in Safety Harbor, Fla.
Sophie was predeceased by her husband, Michael Pinko, in July 2013; infant daughter, Debbie, in 1958; sisters, Katherine Spazk, Mary Solowy, Olga Dexter and Anna Fadden; and brothers, John and Harry Frank.
