William ‘Bill’ Haskins, 49

FULTON, NY – William “Bill” Haskins, 49, of Fulton, passed away peacefully at Oswego Hospital on Thursday December 15, 2016.

Bill was born in Oswego, NY, and he had been a resident of Fulton for more than 25 years.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Bill enjoyed spending time with this children and grandsons.

He especially loved to watch his son, Austin, play basketball and to share his passion for hunting with his son, Mitchell.

He was predeceased by his father, Daniel Haskins.

Bill is survived by his wife of 20 years, Diane Haskins of Fulton; his daughter, Candice (Brian) Bigelow of Volney, NY; his sons: Austin and Mitchell Haskins both of Fulton; his mother, Shirley Sanford of Scriba, NY; his step-father, Randy Sanford of Lorraine, NY; six siblings: Debbie Haskins of Oswego, Dan (Buff) Haskins of Cato, NY; Tracy (Brad) Rombough of New Haven, NY; Brandy (Dan) Ruckdeschel of Texas, Christina Haskins and Jeremy Haskins of Fulton, NY; five grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

Burial will be held privately.

There will be no funeral services.
