FULTON, NY – LeRoy Powers, 68, of Mexico, NY, will have a graveside Memorial Service with military Honors at 11 a.m. on June 14 at Vermillion Cemetery, with Rev. Bill Ormsby officiating.

The family invites friends and family to the Mexico VFW, Scenic Avenue, Mexico, from 1 to 6 p.m.

The Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
