Philip C. Williams, 84

Philip C. Williams, 84, of Phoenix, NY died Monday, August 17, 2009.  Born to the late Manford G. and Carrie P. (Sherman) Williams in Shelby , IN.  He was a quality control technician at the Nestle Co., Fulton, for 37 years.

Pre-deceased by his brothers, Kenneth, Manley, Ronald, Timothy; his sisters, Velma, Vina, Elnora.

Surviving are his wife the former Helen Chamberlain; daughter Constance (Paul) Pullam; son Clayton “Russ” (Kathlene) Williams;  brothers, La Vern, Clive, Louie;  sister Tamsie Wolfe; four grandchildren Felicia, Tara, Philip, Krista; nieces, nephews, cousins.

There are no services.  Arrangements by Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix.
