FULTON, NY – S. Patricia Gillard, 77, of Port Richey, Fla., and Fulton, NY, died Tuesday Oct. 14, 2008, at home in Florida after a long illness.
She was born in Fulton to the late Martin and Rose (Lunette) Semeraro.
She retired from Fulton Consolidated School System as a secretary.
Mrs. Gillard was a member of the CSEA and Pairs N Squares-Modern Square Dancing.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Lynette MacDougall, in 2002; her siblings, Donald Semeraro and Beverly (Samuel) Aofrate.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Philip B. Gillard of Fulton; her children: Denise (Alun) Jones of Tennesse, Marty (Peggy) Gillard of Fulton, Phyllis Cologgi, of Rochester, NY, and Leslie (Steve) Van Austin, of Binghamton, NY, Sharon (Pete) Lubert-Hennis, Charlotte, NC; and her son-in-law, Thomas MacDougall of Scriba, NY; her siblings: Vita (Joseph) Manuele of Rome, NY, June Bennett of Fulton; and her sister-in-law, Ivy Semeraro of Clifton Park, NY; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 9 a.m. Oct. 25 at Holy Family Church where Rev. Robert Stephenson will celebrate a mass of Christian Burial.
Burial will be private.
There will be no calling hours.
