The Hon. George H. Lowe, (seated center), federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of NY worked with the Onondaga County Bar Assn. (OCBA) and Steve Chirello Advertising on production of a new OCBA training video for volunteer attorneys defending low-income tenants facing eviction on a typical day in city court. Judge Lowe is joined by Deborah O’Shea (behind him in glasses), coordinator, OBCA Volunteer Lawyer Project (VLP), Chirello, (far right in red), and attorneys from the VLP, members of the Notion Pictures production team, court clerk, bailiff, and students from Syracuse University’s College of Law who portrayed evicted tenants.
