OPD Announces Harborfest Stats

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City Police Department wishes to announce the following overview of the events that took place in the city of Oswego during the weekend of Harborfest 2011 (Thursday July 28, 2011 – 5 p.m. to Sunday July 31, 2011 – 11 p.m.) as compared to Harborfest 2009 and 2010 (same time period).
