The plan as it was explained to me is as follows. The city will pay for the first use of a commercial trapper. They have the number to call. Any use thereafter will be the responsibility of the resident. The fee to the resident is $140.00 for a two-day service. We have seven skunks currently in the neighborhood bordered by Pratt and Park. People in this town do not have that kind of money. We cannot sit outside in the evening or have our windows up. What kind of quality of life is that? There was 30K in the budget for an animal control officer for this year. Where did it go?
