Fulton City Streets Need Repair

To The Editor:
Whatever happened to the repair of Phillips Street and that bridge?

Driving on any of the city streets can damage a car as well as probably whiplash to the driver.

What happened?

Broadway will be repaired, but there is so much more to be done.

I hope repairs will be accomplished very soon.
