To The Editor:
Many voters feel that the most important and only elections that they should vote in are the Presidential Elections. They are so wrong.

Local elections are the most important elections that the local voters should vote in.

Local elections control your local spending.

Local elections elect local elected officials.

Local elected officials are the elected officials that raise your taxes, fix your local infrastructure, spend your local tax dollars.

With that in mind please get out and vote this year on November 7.

Your polling places are:
All voting on the west side of Fulton is done at the War Memorial.

East side is split between two polling places: One is at Cayuga Community College, (everyone in the Fourth Ward is here, all of the Sixth Ward is here, Fifth Ward, District 2 are here) the other is at Towpath Towers. (everyone in the Fifth Ward, District 1, is here).

Everyone should have received a notice from the Board of Elections informing them of their polling place.

If you don’t remember your polling place or you haven’t received a notice, please call the Board of Elections at 315-349-8350 and give them your name and address and they will inform you of your polling place.

VOTE, VOTE, VOTE.

Oswego County Legislator 25th District
