Norman “Jay” Foster deserves your vote for Fulton 5th Ward Councilor.

He continues to clean up our 5th Ward.

He continues to fight for your improved quality of life.

He continues to work for a cleaner more prosperous Fulton.

Norman “Jay” Foster deserves your vote so that he can continue to work for you and to work for Fulton.
