Really!

To The Editor:
Most of you have read how three State Representatives are going to sponsor a bill to change a law in Oswego County for 5 Oswego County Legislators.

New York State is losing jobs, New York State has a heroin epidemic, and Oswego County has a poverty level that is almost the highest in the state.

The infrastructure in Oswego County is failing.

Education costs are going higher and higher.

With all the above being said, why are these three wasting taxpayer time and money on trying to change a rule for 5 legislators that failed to follow the rules?

The reasons they didn’t or weren’t able to file them are irreverent.

You can’t change the rules of a game half way through the game.

Everyone knew the rules of the game when they started playing the game.

It seems to me that with all the issues in this State and Oswego County there are much more important issues these State Representatives should be spending their valuable time on.
