To the Fulton common council: If you’re trying to finish off what’s left of Fulton, then keep inviting transits and vagrants. Now you want to add a boarding house along with rental assisted apartments. Half of all the homes in Fulton are all rentals now and now you want to add more. When I moved here in 1999, I left my doors unlocked and my windows up. Now I have surveillance cameras and keep everything thing double locked. Fulton has been slowly dying for some time, but this should help finish it off.
