National Speed Sport News is America’s trusted motorsports news source since 1934, and is often described as “The Bible of Motorsports.”

Edited by the legendary Chris Economaki from 1950-2010, National Speed Sport News has been the authoritative voice of the sport, providing race coverage that is timely, reliable, and colorful.

In 2014 National Speed Sport News launched its first two national television programs in conjunction with MAVTV.

Speed Sport Magazine and Speed Sport alternated bi-weekly on MAVTV beginning last May, featuring in-depth reporting, features and editorial, and showcasing traditional forms of auto racing from across the country, including Oswego Speedway and Supermodified racing.

Last season Oswego’s Jim Shampine Memorial, the $10,000 to win Mr. Novelis Supermodified, and the 58th annual Budweiser International Classic 200 were all featured nationally on Speed Sport.

Sitterly, who clinched his record tying seventh Supermodified title at Oswego in ’14, drove to victory lane during two of the broadcasts winning the Shampine Memorial and the International Classic.

In return for his fantastic drives on Speed Sport last season, Sitterly will now be a featured guest in the Speed Sport booth on Friday at the world’s largest racing trade show – PRI.

Sitterly is also tentatively slated as a potential video interview guest with one of the most popular and knowledgeable journalists in racing, Robin Miller.

Now reporting for Racer Magazine and Racer.com, Miller is scheduling several video interviews at PRI with different auto racing figures from around the world.  Miller, who worked previously at ESPN as a racing writer and reporter, and later for Speed, is regarded as one of the top open-wheel and Indy Car journalists there is today.

Further information on any video interviews with Sitterly will be provided as they become available.

More than 1,100 companies will display the latest advances in racing products and race engineering during the annual PRI trade show.  Arriving from 70+ countries and all 50 states, buyers will scour displays in search of the latest in engine parts, suspension parts, data acquisition, safety gear, new metal alloys and coatings, machining equipment, and racing electronics.
