Oswego Community Christian School Helps Haiti


OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Community Christian School had a wonderful response from its students when it decided to give their “Cents for Saints” January collection to the earthquake victims in Haiti.

A group of third and fourth graders at OCCS proudly display the amount the raised to help victims of the Haiti earthquake.

In just two weeks’ time, they collected $485.92!

The third and fourth grade class, pictured above, led the charge bringing in $181.65, with Mrs.
Nichols’ first and second grade class close behind.

“I know of several students who personally sacrificed to contribute to this cause. Thank you students and families!” said Debra Greutman, principal.

Oswego Community Christian School is having any open house on March 2 from 7-9 p.m. They are located at 400 E. Albany St., Oswego, NY.
