FULTON – Toni Lynn Krupa, 26, of Fulton, was arrested on October 3, following an investigation by the Oswego County Drug Task Force, the Fulton City Police and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team.
The investigation, which began after reports were made by Krupa’s neighbors to the Fulton City Police, led to search warrants on her person, vehicle and residence.
The search warrants recovered 50 glassine envelopes of heroin allegedly found on her person.
Krupa is also accused of possessing an additional 31 glassine envelopes, which were discovered in her residence and intended for sale, according to police.
As a result, Krupa was charged with the criminal possession of a controlled substance third degree(two counts), a class B felony; and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
Krupa was arraigned in the City of Fulton Court by Hon. David Hawthorne and released into the Oswego County Pre-Trial Release Program.
Krupa is scheduled to appear in the Fulton City Court on October 30 at 9 a.m.
