Oswego County Drug Task Force Announces Meth Lab Arrests


On Friday (March 6) at approximately 5 a.m., the Oswego County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team, New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team, Oswego County Sheriff’s Office Special Weapons and Tactics Team and the Oswego City Police Department’s Special Response Team executed a methamphetamine related search warrant at 1911/ 1913 Mexico St. in the town of Albion.

As a result of the investigation a total of 5.7 grams of methamphetamine as well as the materials and equipment used to produce methamphetamine were located and seized, according to police.

A total of six individuals were arrested and criminally charged as follows:

Paul J. Corcoran-Willcox, 25, of 1913 Mexico St., Altmar:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Intent to Sell- Class B Felony
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony

Alan P. Willcox, 60, of 1913 Mexico St. Altmar:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Intent to Sell- Class B Felony
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony

Breanna L. Ouderkirk, 24, of 1913 Mexico St. Altmar NY:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Intent to Sell- Class B Felony
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony

John I. Barber III, 39, of 1913 Mexico St., Altmar:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Intent to Sell- Class B Felony
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony

Christine Corcoran, 49, of 1911 Mexico St., Altmar:
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony

Keith E.A. LaValley, 31, of PO Box 111, Williamstown:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree- Class A Misdemeanor

LaValley was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Albion Town Court on April 6 at 6 p.m.

All other defendants are currently being held pending their arraignments in Town of Albion Court.

The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members from the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, NYS University Police at Oswego, Fulton City Police Department and Oswego City Police Department.
