At about 5:30 a.m. today (October 8), investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team and Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team, executed a methamphetamine related search warrant at 5 Gerdon Drive in the town of Richland.
Three residents of that address, 42-year-old Susan E. Pool, 50-year-old Mark D. LaBounty and 47-year-old Pixie L. Lance were arrested and criminally charged with one count each of the following:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree – Class AII Felony
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree – Class D Felony
The charges allege that the three defendants acted in concert to knowingly and unlawfully manufacture methamphetamine.
The defendants are being held pending arraignment.
Materials and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine as well as several ounces of liquid methamphetamine were located and seized, police said.
The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members from:
the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, NYS University Police at Oswego, U.S. Border Patrol, Fulton City Police Department and Oswego City Police Department.
