OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday (March 24), investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force arrested Kendra A. Hamilton, 22, of 52 E. Fourth St., upper apartment, Oswego, on an arrest warrant issued by Oswego County Court.
The arrest warrant was issued as a result of Hamilton being indicted by an Oswego County Grand Jury on three counts each of:
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree- Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, intent to sell- Class B Felony
It is alleged that Hamilton did sell heroin on three separate occasions within the city of Fulton during the months of November and December 2014.
Hamilton was arraigned in Oswego County Court and granted pre-trial release.
She is to reappear in Oswego County Court on May 26 at 9:00 a.m.
On Friday (March 20), Lisa E. Sheldon, 22, of 222 Liberty St. Oswego, was arrested as a result of the continuing investigation into the alleged manufacturing of methamphetamine at 222 Liberty St., Oswego.
Sheldon was charged with the following:
Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree- Class D Felony
It is alleged that Sheldon did possess material and equipment with the intent that it would be used to produce methamphetamine.
This charge is based upon materials and equipment that were seized pursuant to a search warrant execution at 222 Liberty St. on March 13.
Sheldon’s husband, George E. Sheldon IV, was previously arrested on March 13 as part of the same investigation.
Lisa Sheldon was arraigned in Oswego City Court and placed on pre-trial release. She is to reappear in Oswego City Court on April 16 at 11 a.m.
