FULTON – Fulton students enjoy the fun of fall and bringing awareness to the community about the Head Start program.
The students had a great time making the scarecrows during our fall fest celebration.
They are also wearing paper dinosaur hats that several of our parents made for the students.
The students are shown at the Fulton Head Start center located in the All Saints Church at 153 S. First St.
The Oswego County Head Start program has six other centers spread out across the county in West Monroe, Oswego, Phoenix, Williamstown and two other centers in Fulton.
Applications are accepted all year; parents or guardians can contact the Head Start main office at (315)598-4711 for information.
A private, non-profit agency, OCO touches the lives of more than 30,000 people each year through more than 50 programs operating in over 80 locations throughout Oswego County.
The agency, which is a United Way of Greater Oswego County member, employs more than 600 people and has more than 1,200 highly valued volunteers.
