OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented a proclamation designating October as 4-H Month to 4-H Team Coordinator Linda Brosch and TaskMasters 4-H Club Member Eric Davis at their monthly meeting.

With the support of the Legislature, Cornell Cooperative Extension serves the individual and group educational needs of Oswego County’s rural and urban youth through its 4-H Youth Development programs.

Through these programs, scores of children have grown into men and women who dedicate their lives toward the improvement of  Oswego County communities.
