OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Salvation Army Corps will hold its first Appreciation Dinner on September 24 at 6 p.m. at The American Foundry in Oswego.
The purpose of the event is to recognize the merchants that have hosted Christmas kettles, restaurateurs and organizations that have provided Guest Chef dinners, and all others that have supported the work of the Army in Oswego County with their time and resources.
The dinner marks the completion of the first year of operation as a county-wide corps, formed by joining the former corps in Fulton and Oswego.
The chicken barbecue dinner is open to the public.
