Geers, 54, of 101 Olde Maple Avenue, Fulton, NY.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Mr. Shoults then reportedly left the scene.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â The incident occurred 100 feet north of Cedarwood Drive.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Mr. Shoults was subsequently ticketed for Driving on Shoulder and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
