Oswego County Sheriff’s Office: Thursday, 7/23/09

On 7/21/09 at 11:51 p.m., Alicia M. Miceli, 19, of 5717 SR 104, Oswego, NY was operating a 2003 Chevrolet east on Blythe Rd. in the Town of Hannibal when while reportedly trying to avoid a deer in the roadway, lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway on the south shoulder, strike a ditch the overturn before coming to rest on driver’s side. Ms. Miceli was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.

On 7/22/09 at 1:30 p.m., Timothy D. Sheldon, 27, of CR 89 Bldg# 371, Oswego, NY was arrested in the City of Oswego for Sexual Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a result of a previous investigation in which he had finger to vagina contact with a second victim less than eleven years of age at a City of Oswego residence on or about the first six months of 2008. Mr. Sheldon was arraigned before the Hon. James Metcalf, City of Oswego Court and ROR’d with a return to court date of 8/27/09.

On 7/22/09 at 3:30 p.m., Frank V. McCann, 37, of Besaw Rd. Bldg# 362, Fulton, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Endangering an Incompetent Person, all class A misdemeanors stemming from the investigation into a domestic dispute that reportedly occurred at a Town of Volney residence on July 20 where he allegedly punched an individual less than 17 causing them to fall down and knock them unconscious and also pushed an individual which was feeding a disabled person causing that individual to stumble and cut the eye of the disabled person with a utensil. Mr. McCann was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and ROR’d with a return to court date of 7/27/09.

On 7/23/09, Timothy L. Lunderman, 26, of 310 Utica St., Fulton, NY was arrested in the Oswego County Correctional Facility at 5:50 a.m. for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following the investigation into an incident which reportedly took place on July 18 in which he allegedly placed phone calls to a Town of Volney residence threatening physical harm. Mr. Lunderman was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Volney Court on 8/3/09.
