Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 08/15/2008


On 8/13/08 at 3:20 p.m., Michelle A. Baker, 26, of 6 TH St. Bldg # 249, Oswego, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, Driving While Using Mobile Phone and Transparency of Windows over the legal limit, after a traffic stop on Churchill Rd. in the City of Oswego.  Ms. Baker was released on UTT’s, returnable to the City of Oswego Court on 9/4/08.

On 8/13/08 at 11:28 p.m., a 17 year old male residing in the Town of Williamstown was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after he was reportedly observed yelling in the road with a can in his hand.  He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Williamstown Court on 9/2/08.

On 8/14/08, Terry D. Engebretsen, 31, of 3 Willis Dr., Parish, NY was arrested at 11:30 p.m. for DWI, Aggravated DWI and Failure to Keep Right after a traffic stop on US Rt. 11, .2 miles north of Baratier Rd. in the Town of Hastings, after patrol observed his vehicle swerve into the southbound lane then return to the northbound lane crossing the fog line twice.  Mr. Engebretsen was released on UTT’s returnable to the Town of Hastings Court on 8/27/08.

On 8/14/08 at 1:31 a.m., Thompson Burnswick Jr., 30, of 432 Peatbed Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV and No Head Lights following a traffic stop on Hannibal Street in the City of Fulton.  Mr. Burnswick was issued UTT’s, returnable to the City of Fulton on 8/28/08.

On 8/15/08 at 2:28 a.m., William W. Weaver, 37, of 61 Rust Memorial Rd., Central Square, NY was arrested for DWI, Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1% and Speeding after the doppler radar indicated he was exceeding the speed limit on US Rt. 11 north of Gildner Rd. in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Weaver was released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Hastings Court.

On 8/15/08, Timothy G. Cusack, 25, of 86 Red Mill Rd., Parish, NY was arrested at 12:40 a.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV and Sub-Standard Lights after he was observed without working tail lights on SR 13 in the Village of Pulaski.  Mr. Cusack was issued UTT’s returnable to the V/O Pulaski Court on 9/3/08.
