Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 09/25/2008


On 9/23/08 at 6:57 p.m., James B. Hutson, 61, of 226 Albright Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for DWI, Operating a MV with BAC of .08 of 1% and Failure to Keep Right resulting from the investigation into a property damage mva on SR 104, east of Duke Rd. in the Town of Scriba in which he reportedly failed to negotiate a curve and struck a sign on the north shoulder of the road.  Mr. Hutson was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 10/16/08.

On 9/23/08 at 6:30 p.m., Michael L. Tessitore, 61, of 247 CR 62, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Welfare Fraud, 3rd degree, Grand Larceny, 3rd degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing, all felonies resulting from the investigation into a fraud complaint in which he allegedly obtained Medicaid and food stamps by not reporting income.  Mr. Tessitore was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.  He is due to return to Town of Mexico Court on 10/21/08.

On 9/23/08 at 5:28 p.m., John L. Shatraw, 21, of 107 W. Oneida St., Oswego, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd degree after a traffic stop at the intersection of SR 104 and SR 3 in the Village of Mexico.  Mr. Shatraw was released on a UTT, returnable to the T/O Mexico Court on 10/14/08.

On 9/24/08 at 12:46 p.m., Timothy J. Lamphere, 26, of 28 Sand Rd., Sandy Creek, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Scriba Court charging him with Unregistered Snowmobile and Operating a Snowmobile w/o Liability Insurance.  Mr. Lamphere was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond.

On 9/24/08 at 12:37 p.m., George M. Wise II, 37, of 1697 CR 41, Pulaski, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the City of Fulton charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Mr. Wise was arraigned in the City of Fulton Court and released with a return date of 10/22/08.
