Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 10/01/1008

On 9/30/08 at 9:45 a.m., Joshua M. Madison, 18, of 1458 CR 53, Oswego, NY was arrested for Rape, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from the investigation in which he allegedly had sexual intercourse with an individual less than 15 years of age at a Village of Phoenix residence in the early part of September 2008.  Mr. Madison reportedly would not comply during the arrest, which resulted in him also being charged with Resisting Arrest. He was arraigned before the Hon. Walter Hafner and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond.

On 9/30/08, Zach Wakeman, 27, of 643 Lower Road, West Monroe, NY was arrested at 10:03 a.m. for Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from the investigation into an incident which allegedly took place at a Lower Rd. residence in the Town of West Monroe in August 2008 in which he grabbed one individual by their throat and threw another individual to the ground.  Mr. Wakeman was issued a criminal summons to appear before the Town of West Monroe Court on 10/6/08.

On 9/30/08 at 5:37 p.m., Brandon C. Hughes, 23, of 333 Stafford , Syracuse, NY and Brett D. Bonjour, 24, of 286 CR 37, Central Square, NY were arrested for Grand Larceny, Third Degree stemming from the investigation into a larceny complaint made by a Village of Pulaski business in which a ATV was stolen.  Both individuals were arraigned in Mexico Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond.

On 9/30/08 at 6:07 a.m., John J. Louise Jr., 66, of 337 CR 37 Apt. #27, West Monroe, NY was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/o Insurance after a traffic stop on SR 49 in the Town of West Monroe.  Mr. Louise was released on tickets, returnable to the Town of West Monroe Court on 10/20/08.

On 9/30/08 at 11:20 p.m., Joseph E. Sherman, 27, of 107 Rochester St., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Operating a MV with a Suspended  and No Head Lights after a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Sherman was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 10/21/08.

On 10/1/08 at 2:38 a.m., Michael C. Racine, 45, of 143 Ivens Rd., Pulaski, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and No Head Lights after a traffic stop on Maple Ave. in the Village of Pulaski.  Mr. Racine was issued UTT’s, returnable to the V/O Pulaski Court on 10/8/08.
