On 8/18/09 at 1 p.m., a 15-year-old male residing in the Town of Mexico was issued Juvenile Appearance Tickets for acts, which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crime of Grand Larceny, 4th degree (2 counts), a class E felony.
The youth allegedly entered parked vehicles in the Town of Mexico area and stole items out of the vehicles.
He was referred to the Oswego County Probation Department.

On 8/18/09, Robert E. Nilsen, 39, of 15268 Center Road, Sterling, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. for AUO 2nd degree (6 scoffs on 3 dates) and Suspended Registration, both misdemeanors following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby, which was initiated by the alerting of the LPR unit.
Mr. Nilsen was released on UTTs, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 8/31/09
