Oswego County Will Auction Unsold Tax Properties Nov. 14

OSWEGO – Up to eight parcels of tax delinquent properties will be auctioned at 11 a.m. Nov. 14, in the Oswego County Legislative Chambers on the fourth floor of the County Office Building, 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego.

Real Property Tax Director Betsy Knapp said the properties include one-family homes and vacant land in the towns of Albion, Boylston, Granby, Richland, Schroeppel and Scriba.

The parcels were previously listed in the county’s annual tax property auction in July but were not sold.

Collar City Auctions and Realty Management, Inc. of Delanson, NY, will conduct the auction.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. in Conference Room A on the fourth floor of the Oswego County Office Building.

The auction will begin at 11 a.m. in the legislative chambers.
