On 8/19/09 at 7:30 a.m., Timothy M. Cuyler, 46, of Monte Carlo Drive  Bldg. #39, Rochester, was arrested for Forcible Touching (7 counts), a class A misdemeanor, following the investigation into an incident in which he allegedly touched the breasts of individuals while they were employed at a Town of Scriba business during the months of June 2009 and July 2009.
Mr. Cuyler was released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 9/3/09.

On 8/19/09 at 11 a.m., a 15-year-old male residing in the Town of Parish and his parent were issued Juvenile Appearance Tickets, for acts which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of Grand Larceny, 4th degree (2 counts), a class E felony and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from the investigation into an incident in which he was allegedly involved in vehicle break-ins in the Town of Parish taking photographic equipment, wallets, and personal identification.
He was arraigned by Hon. James Metcalf, Oswego County Family Court, and transported to a juvenile detention center with a return to Oswego County Family Court on 8/31/09.
Also arrested for his alleged involvement in these break-ins was Richard H. Ladd, 19, of 3197 Main St., Mexico, charged with Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree.

Mr. Ladd was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Parish Court on 9/15/09.

On 8/19/09 at 4:40 p.m., Paul K. Motondo Jr., 22, of 529 Skyview Terrace, Syracuse, was operating a 2000 Ford pick up south on SR 481 in the Town of Volney when reportedly a 2005 Honda being operated by Sandra J. Wolfanger, 68, of 65 Wigwam Drive, Pennellville, pulled out in front of Mr. Motondo’s vehicle from the median at the intersection with CR 45 causing the vehicles to collide which caused Ms. Wolfanger’s vehicle to overturn on the west side of SR 481 southbound and Mr. Motondo’s came to rest next to it.
Ms. Wolfanger was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
She was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.

On 8/20/09, Jordan C. Thompson, 21, of 24 Hart St., Oswego, was arrested at 12:39 a.m., for DWI; Aggravated DWI; Unauthorized Use of a MV; Moved from Lane Unsafely; Failure to Keep Right; Imprudent Speed and Improper License following a one car MVA on CR 176 at the Town of Scriba/Volney line in the Town of Volney.
He allegedly lost control of a commercial garbage truck causing it to end up on its passenger side.
Mr. Thompson was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,500 bond with a return to court date of 9/24/09.
