The Oswego Fire Department will be holding an open house on October 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The East Side Fire Station, 35 East Cayuga St.
There will be tours of the station, apparatus, and demonstrations.
The John D. Murray Firefighters Museum will also be open for tours.
Refreshments will be served.
“We are looking forward to meeting with and hosting people of all ages here on October 5, just prior to Fire Prevention Week to come and tour both the fire station and museum. Firefighters will also be here to discuss fire safety and prevention with residents,” said Jeffrey McCrobie, fire chief. “We hope it is a great day for all.”
