Owner Erica Holman, said, “Opening the first urban garden store in this area has been very exciting. I love being able to see customers reactions when they first walk-in. I’ve had several people tell me they didn’t garden but were simply curious and ended up leaving the store with a hanging terrarium, Brooklyn Brine Pickles or Rifle Paper Co. notecards completely surprised at what the store offers.”

The store carries an ever-evolving inventory that currently includes organic and heirloom vegetable, uncommon ornamental and organic herb plants and seeds.

Additionally, they stock locally sourced edibles from family-owned farms, home-goods inspired by nature, Burgon & Ball garden tools and supplies, Beekman 1802 (from Sharon Springs, NY) bath and body products and vintage finds.

“Our vertical and container planters are ideal for renters or anyone wanting to maximize their garden space. We hand-select our organic plants and several varieties are chosen for their suitability for container gardens” Holman said.

Newly arrived plants like Boxcar Willie Heirloom Tomatoes, Fairytale Eggplants, Hungarian Wax Peppers, French Tarragon, Under the Sea Coleus and Hell’s Bells Petunias will capture your eye in this beautifully remodeled space.
