“The Oswego Lions Club is looking forward to the Wine and Beer tasting with silent auction again this year,” said Steve Jurivich, president of the local chapter of Lions International.  “The event has truly become one that the entire community looks forward to each March.”

The annual event will once again showcase many of the area’s finest New York  State wineries including Fulkerson Winery, Americana Vineyards, Buttonwood Grove Winery, Anthony Road Wine Company, and Young and Somers Winery.

The popular silent auction will include many donated items from businesses throughout the area.

If businesses would like to donate a silent auction item there is still time by calling Karen Hammond at 342-0043 or Bob Bateman at 342-9866.

“We appreciate the donations that the many local businesses within the community have provided again this year,” said Hammond. “The business owners and managers continue to recognize the important role our club maintains within this community, and their donations and sponsorships show their commitment.”

Complimentary appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will also be available.

Please feel free to contact Hammond or Bateman with any questions and/or to purchase tickets.
