Oswego Lions Give Scholarship

The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Oswego High School, and takes into consideration the applicant's record of community/school service, extracurricular activities, financial need, GPA/class rank, as well as a short written essay. The recipient must plan on attending college in New York State.
