HANNIBAL – On Sunday (April 17), at approximately 12:22 a.m., State Police responded to a residence on Country Lane in the town of Hannibal, for a domestic incident.
Investigation at the scene revealed that Sean P. Moree, 23, of Oswego, entered the residence on Country Lane and became physical with the occupant, in violation of an order of protection, according to police.
Moree is accused of pushing his victim and punching her in the face, then damaging property in the residence.
Moree was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a class “E” felony, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a violation.
Moree was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to court on May 3 at 7 p.m.
