OSWEGO – On July 17, at about 3:10 p.m. the Oswego City Police Department’s Anti-Crime Team (ACT) executed a drug related search warrant at 177 Syracuse Ave. Front Apt., Oswego.
The execution of the search warrant resulted in the seizure of approximately 60 grams of marihuana, 22 grams of concentrated cannabis, $1,654 in US currency and a “Mytron Checkmate” stun gun.
As a result of the investigation resident, Mark A. Sagneri, 27, was arrested and charged on July 25 with the following:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree – Class D Felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree- Class A Misdemeanor
Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th degree- Class A Misdemeanor
Sagneri was arraigned by the Honorable James Metcalf, Oswego City Court Judge and released on his own recognizance.
Sagneri is to reappear in Oswego City Court on August 21.
