OSWEGO – At 1:41 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 25), Dale Roy King II, 28, of 38 Birch Lane, Apt 42C, Oswego, was arrested for four counts of second-degree rape and two counts of second-degree criminal sex act, both class D felonies.
The arrest stems from the investigation into incidents that allegedly occurred in October 2014 at a city of Oswego residence, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
He allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with the victim being less than 15 years of age at the time for approximately a seven-day period.
King was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
He is to return to County Court on Nov. 1.
At the same time, King was arrested for first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
This arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred on or around October 2, 2016 at a town of Scriba residence.
He allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim being less than 13 years of age.
He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail, held on bail.
He is to return to Town of Scriba Court on Oct. 27 to answer this charge.
