Kathleen Sullivan Esposito has been named Vice-President of Legal and General Counsel of Infigen Energy (www.Infigenenergy.com), a leading developer, owner and operator of renewable energy generation with interests in 24 wind farms across Australia and the U.S. She is responsible for managing the legal matters for Infigen Energy’s U.S. region. The company is based in the U.S. in Dallas, Texas.
Ms. Sullivan Esposito is a native of Oswego, New York, and a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, and Syracuse Law School. She previously served as a litigation associate at the Hancock and Estabrook Law Firm in Syracuse, New York, and as a Manager of Regulatory and Government Affairs for Enron, in Houston, Texas, and as associate corporate counsel for Dynegy, Inc., also a Houston based company.
She has worked the Energy law field for the past several years as Corporate Counsel for Crested Butte Catalysts, Inc, negotiating financial agreements, and managing regulatory matters for several energy company clients. She also worked for Wells Fargo bank in the Securities Investment Group, assisting in developing the bank’s physical commodity trading ventures, and in overseeing regulatory compliance issues.
She is married to Peter Esposito, a well known energy attorney who specializes in Federal Energy regulatory matters, and she splits her time between Crested Butte, Colorado, Tucson, Arizona and Dallas, Texas. She is the daughter of former Oswego Mayor and the late Mrs. John T. (Charlotte) Sullivan.
